Cancellation policy
Because each piece is held for your specific dates, cancellation outcomes depend on how close you are to arrival.
Cancellation outcomes
- 7+ days before arrival: Full refund
- 3–6 days before arrival: 100% COVABL credit
- Less than 72 hours before arrival: Nonrefundable
- Fulfillment already begun: Nonrefundable
- Same-day / local delivery: Final once preparation begins
How timing is measured
Timing is measured against your scheduled arrival date, not your order date. Once preparation or fulfillment of your order has begun, the rental is final regardless of the calendar.
COVABL credit
Credit is issued to your account for the full value of the cancelled rental and can be used on any future reservation.
Same-day and local delivery
Same-day and local delivery orders are final once preparation begins.
If something is wrong with your order
If we send the wrong item, the wrong size, something materially misrepresented or something unusable, this policy doesn't apply — we'll offer a replacement where possible or refund the affected rental. See the rental FAQ.
Fit
Fit alone doesn't qualify for a refund or credit once fulfillment has begun. Please review the size guide, measurements and fit notes before reserving.
